Another 5 mile run, winds were pretty stiff but temps were in the 50f’s – perfect for me!  I’d like to get in one more run before the end of the year…  Take care, Happy New year, stay safe!

Five Miles

 I think I under-dressed for today’s run, it was cold!  I had some iPod trouble half way through: I accidentally pulled out the headphone jack and the music stopped.  I thought the iPod shut off, so I recycled the power (the I realized that it was the cord).  I wasted about a minute or so…  Blah!

5.1 miles

I missed PT this week, so I had to make up for it today; 5.1 miles (9:16 pace).  Not bad for a planned 5k (and on my day off).
