Over the course of my life, I've suffered through two knee surgeries, three episodes with kidney stones, dislocated my shoulder twice, bruised my ribs, and suffered a broken arm and foot.
My son battled cancer and received a life-saving liver transplant at a very young age. I feel at times, that I am running on empty. Through your thoughts, prayers, and encouragement I find the fuel that I need to keep going.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to visit my blog. Take care, stay safe and God bless!

managed to log over 30 miles in the past two weeks and I think I am finally acclimated
to the heat here. I surpassed 1,000
miles with today’s run since my 2nd knee surgery in Oct 2009… This is a big deal for me, and I still can’t
believe any of it; thankful and blessed.
am still behind on mileage for the year though, and I hope that I can keep this up when it gets hotter! Stay hydrated this summer, wear your
sunscreen and stay safe!
Happy running and God bless!
