2018 Schedule:
I registered for three sprint triathlons next year (March, April, and October).
I'm still on the fence about the two-day 150 mile Bike for MS event (in May) due to the upcoming sprint triathlon schedule and absolutely scared to death of the Hotter Than Hell Hundred event (August), lol. I've heard some rumors... TBD.
I'll post more later regarding training plans, nutrition, and gear reviews etc. Triathlon training will begin in December but I will continue to accumulate road mileage until then.

Over the course of my life, I've suffered through two knee surgeries, three episodes with kidney stones, dislocated my shoulder twice, bruised my ribs, and suffered a broken arm and foot. I recently tore my plantar fascia back in 2014... My son battled cancer and received a life-saving liver transplant at a very young age. I feel at times, that I am running on empty. Through your thoughts, prayers, and encouragement I find the fuel that I need to keep going.
