I started my training today, for the 2011 Nationwide Better Health Columbus half-marathon (16 Oct 2011) with a short 4 mile run. I felt like I was pushing a freight train out there… My legs feel much better for it though! This is a very short 4-week training plan, so I need to get cracking!
