Over the course of my life, I've suffered through two knee surgeries, three episodes with kidney stones, dislocated my shoulder twice, bruised my ribs, and suffered a broken arm and foot.
My son battled cancer and received a life-saving liver transplant at a very young age. I feel at times, that I am running on empty. Through your thoughts, prayers, and encouragement I find the fuel that I need to keep going.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to visit my blog. Take care, stay safe and God bless!

I started my training today, for the 2011 Nationwide Better Health Columbus half-marathon (16 Oct 2011) with a short 4 mile run. I felt like I was pushing a freight train out there…My legs feel much better for it though! This is a very short 4-week training plan, so I need to get cracking!
Have a nice week and stay safe!
Happy running and God bless!
