Another 5 miles and the knee is holding up! Today’s run was one of my better workouts. I managed to keep a decent pace throughout and finished strong!

5 @ 41:54 (8:22 pace). Unfortunately, it was cold and very windy (again). When is spring going to get here? Take care and be safe!
