Today's run of 6 miles checked off week #9 of my training. I am updating via mobile Blogger app, out at Hocking Hills State Park..... What a beautiful place and awesome fun time with family and friends!
I set a new weekly mileage PR of 30 miles (old PR 27, set back in March 2010). My pace suffered today due to the hills..... Nice views though!
